Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in sports medicine Department of our hospital; 2. Age: 18-65 years old; 3. ASA I to II; 4. 18 kg/m^2 <= BMI <= 25 kg/m^2; 5. No communication barriers, able to understand the study process and the use of pain scales; 6. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergies to drugs related to the study; 2. History of chronic pain, long-term use of analgesic drugs (equivalent to >= 10mg oxycodone daily), alcohol abuse, and gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation after NSaids; 3. Patients with ischemic heart disease, peripheral arterial or cerebrovascular disease, or patients with pulmonary heart disease, active digestive ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding, or patients with inflammatory bowel disease; 4. Patients taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors or within 2 weeks after discontinuation; 5. Participated in other clinical studies within three months.
