Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>= 60, no sex limitation; 2. Normal cognition, cooperate with the completion of all examination and treatment; 3. Abnormal Cardiopulmonary Exercise Test results; 4. Informed consent, volunteer participatio.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects were in the acute phase of a serious disease, such as acute myocardial infarction, acute myocarditis, unstable angina pectoris, etc.; 2. Absolute contraindications for subjects with other CPET or 6-minute walking tests; 3. Other Chinese and Western medications that influenced the results of this study were used; 4. Other conditions that may reduce or complicate enrollment, such as frequent changes in residential environment, may cause loss of follow-up, as determined by the investigator; 5. Subjects participating in other clinical trials.
