Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria for idiopathic tinnitus, and the THI score >= 18 points 2. Good compliance, age 18~65 years old, gender is not limited; 3. The course of tinnitus is > 3 months, and it is sudden or aggravated due to emotional changes; 4. Willing to receive acupuncture treatment and can cooperate with the completion of venous blood sampling and tinnitus assessment scale; 5. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with serious diseases of the heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, blood and other systems; 2. Patients who cannot cooperate with treatment or have poor compliance; 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Imaging examination showed ear tumors.
