Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. HIV-infected patients aged 18-65 years. 2. have received ART (tenofovir + lamivudine + efavirenz) for more than six months 3. no psychiatric disease, self-care, no language barrier. 4. 18.5 kg/m2 < BMI < 24 kg/m2. 5. No chronic underlying diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, malignant tumor, thyroid disease, coronary heart disease, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. infected persons with a clear diagnosis of AIDS. 2. subjects who left Wuhan within 15 days before the follow-up visit 3. subjects who exclude current smokers (at least 3 months of smoking cessation) 4. subjects who have consumed alcohol once a week for 3 consecutive months or 3 times a week prior to follow-up 5. combination of immune system diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. 6. having missed antiviral medication for 7 days or more within 30 days 7. continuous oral intake of anti-inflammatory antioxidant supplements such as VitD, Omega-3 or beta-adrenergic receptor blockers, statins or anti-inflammatory drugs. 8. presence of active infection, inflammatory disease, pregnancy, breastfeeding, severe diarrhea or vomiting.
