Interventions

Short-term and non-stimulation group:Do not twist and insert the needle after the needle insertion, and remove the needles after 30 min extraction.
Long-term and non-stimulation group:Do not twist and insert the needle after the needle insertion, and remove the needles after 6h extraction.
Stimulate after injection and keep the needle for 30 minutes:Twisting and insert after the needle insertion and remove the needles after 30 minutes before needle extraction
Long-term stimulation group:Twisting and insert after the needle insertion and remove the needles after 6h before needle extraction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of early gastric cancer and perform gastric ESD or EMR; 2. Pain and fatigue after gastric ESD operation, NRS score >= 4 points, ICFS-10 >= 24 points; 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. The patient has basic reading and writing ability; 5. Informed consent, voluntary test. The process of obtaining informed consent shall comply with the provisions of GCP; 6. Those who have not received medication for pain relief within 4 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The wrist and ankle have obvious inflammation, eczema, ulceration and other conditions; 2. It is accompanied by mental diseases, such as severe anxiety and depression; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency or severe cardiovascular disease; 4. Needle sickness or alcohol allergy; 5. After admission, there is a history of obvious abdominal pain or taking relevant acid-suppressing, stomach-protecting and pain-relieving drugs; 6. Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
