Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of thoracic aortic diseases jointly issued by ACC/AHA in 2010, acute type A aortic dissection was diagnosed clinically and radiologically within 2 weeks of onset; 2. Age 18-65 years old; 3. Preoperative examination was perfect; 4. Informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with delirium or serious mental illness before surgery; 2. Severe abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. History of malignant tumor or receiving chemoradiotherapy; 4. Severe skeletal muscle disease; 5. Intraoperative death; 6. Has participated in other clinical trials.
