45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer; 2. Age >18 years old, gender unlimited; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I to II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Distant metastasis, immune system disease; 2. Long-term use of hormones, analgesic sedatives and immunosuppressive drugs; 3. Patients with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs, or contraindications of other operations; 4. Intraoperative changes in surgical methods; 5. Intraoperative blood transfusion.
