Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male patients aged 18-60 years with end-stage renal disease (serum creatinine > 707 µmol/L); 2. Survive more than 1 year after renal transplantation; 3. The serum creatinine was stable within 9 months after renal transplantation (serum creatinine < 200 µmol/L); 4. No serious complications; 5. The patient informed consent and agreed to cooperate with the investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient died within 1 year after kidney transplantation; 2. Graft loss; 3. Patients who do not agree to cooperate with this study; 4. Patients who drop out, have incomplete data or lose follow-up; 5. Patients who are unwilling or unable to communicate in writing or orally.
