Interventions

Tuina group:Massage therapy, 3 times a week for 6 consecutive weeks
Health education group:Health education, once a week, for 6 consecutive weeks

40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis of the knee; 2. 40-70 years of age; 3. Reported knee pain for more than 3 months; 4. Pain score of > 3 on the numeric rating scale (NRS); 5. Kellgren-Lawrence score: 2 or 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee pain caused by other diseases; 2. Intra-articular injections within the past 6 months; 3. A history of knee surgery; 4. Have a severe acute or chronic organic disease or psychiatric illness; 5. Have a bleeding disorder; 6. Have contraindications to MRI, such as phobias, pacemakers, etc.
