Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients >= 18 years old; 2. ASA grade I - II; 3. SAI trait anxiety >= 40 points; 4. Laparoscopic hysterectomy, ovariectomy or salpingectomy were performed in the morning; 5. Able to communicate in Chinese without hearing or reading disabilities; 6. No history of cardiovascular disease, thyroid disease or mental disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Communication barriers; 2. Have a history of mental illness; 3. Patients who have taken sedative, tranquilizing and anti anxiety drugs before operation; 4. STAI < 40 points; 5. Individuals with a history of allergic reactions to anesthetic drugs and contraindications to remidazolam and dexmedetomidine drugs.
