18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of thoracic aortic diseases jointly issued by ACC/AHA in 2010, acute type A aortic dissection has been diagnosed clinically and radiologically within 2 weeks of onset; 2. Age > 18 years old; 3. Complete preoperative examination; 4. Informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pre-operative AKI or RRT; 2. Patients with a history of medication affecting renal function; 3. History of malignant tumor or receiving chemoradiotherapy; 4. Severe skeletal muscle disease; 5. Baseline value or postoperative serum creatinine value (SCr) was missing; 6. Postoperative stay in ICU was less than 7 days; 7. Intraoperative death; 8. Has participated in other clinical trials.
