Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age 7); 4. The mothers of premature infants agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from neurological diseases: intracranial hemorrhage, congenital malformations of the nervous system, suppurative meningitis, hyperbilirubin encephalopathy, neonatal ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy, hypoglycemic encephalopathy, etc.; 2. Suffering from various congenital diseases, such as congenital heart disease; 3. Suffering from known congenital malformations, such as cleft lip and palate, esophageal atresia, anal atresia, chromosomal abnormalities, etc.; 4. Experienced surgical treatment; 5. There is hearing dysfunction; 6. The mother used illegal addictive drugs during pregnancy.
