Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Select painless gastroenteroscopy and SB questionnaire score >= 3; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. ASA classification I~III; 4. The patient gives informed consent and signs informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has severe respiratory, circulatory and blood system diseases; 2. Patients with poor nasal ventilation caused by nasal trauma, bleeding and space occupying; 3. Allergic to the narcotic drugs used; 4. Mental illness, difficult to cooperate; 5. Long-term use of opioids or psychotropic drugs; 6. Pregnancy or lactation; 7. Participated in other experiments within 3 months before the experiment.
