Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 65 years old; 2. A history of NPC diagnosis; 3. Completion of conventional medical care; 4. No experience in practicing any type of Tai Chi, Qigong, or other mind-body exercises; 5. Had expected survival period or more the one year; 6. Fluent in Cantonese speaking & reading in Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participating in any alternative and complementary therapies; 2. Cognitive decline; 3. Unable to perform the physical test and exercise of this study; 4. Smoking.
