Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 65 years, gender is not restricted; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grading I ~ II patients; 3. The duration of TKA was between 60 and 120 min; 4. Patients who volunteered to participate in this clinical trial and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe central nervous system diseases such as cerebral hemorrhage and sequela of stroke; 2. Patients with mental or emotional illness; 3. Patients with a history of severe heart and lung disease; 4. Patients who have difficulty in doctor-patient communication and cannot complete the cognitive function rating scale due to low educational level; 5. Patients with contraindications of combined lumbar epidural anesthesia, surgery time more than 120min, lower extremity nerve injury, skin ulceration around acupoints, and no anti-inflammatory drugs one week before surgery.
