Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anal sphincter dysfunction; 2. After pelvic radiotherapy; 3. Sigmoid diverticulum; 4. Chronic diarrhea; 5. The previous sigmoid colon and rectal surgical history; 6. Renal dysfunction, serum creatinine > 200 µmol/L; 7. Coagulation disorders.
