Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Employed in a company in Jiangsu province who are exposed to iron-containing fume at work; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. Those who have been centrally tested during June 2021-December 2021 and serum ferritin > 1000 µg/L, or liver R2* values > 7-15 mg/g dw, or cardiac T2* values > 10-20 ms; 4. Those who have given informed consent to this trial and signed an informed consent form; 5. Good compliance and can follow up treatment regularly as prescribed by the doctor.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment, unable to communicate properly and other patients who are unable to cooperate with the investigation; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Those who have participated in other clinical trials of drugs or devices within 3 months prior to admission; 4. Other conditions that, in the judgment of the investigator, are not suitable for inclusion.
