Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary posterior surgery with screw-rod instrumentation system; 2. Pedicle screw placement with position guiding free-hand technique or template; 3. The clinical and image date was complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal revison surgery; 2. The clinical and image data was incomplete; 3. Anterior combined posterior surgery.
