Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Urea breath test was positive and stool HP-PCR was positive; 2. Patients with digestive tract symptoms; 3. Has not previously received eradication treatment for Helicobacter pylori; 4. Age: 18-75 years old; 5. Fully informed and agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient had taken drugs that may affect the results of this study, such as proton pump inhibitors, H2 receptor antagonists, bismuth agents, or antibiotics for 4 weeks before enrollment; 2. Patients with malignant tumors of the digestive tract; 3. Patients who had undergone upper gastrointestinal surgery; 4. Those with severe concomitant diseases who cannot tolerate treatment; 5. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and psychosis; 6. Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Patients with other medical conditions that may increase adverse reactions to treatment (such as alcohol abuse).
