Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All participants are over 18 years old; 2. At least 3 years of specialized experience in taekwondo; 3. The Taekwondo team of Guangzhou Sports Training College is a national second level athlete or above; 4. The subjects voluntarily joined this study, signed an informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with follow-up interventions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low compliance; 2. Injury, loss of follow-up, withdrawal midway; 3. Failed to cooperate.
