Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed or previously diagnosed patients with chronic viral hepatitis B who visited the Outpatient Department of Infection, West China Hospital of Sichuan University from July 2021 and April 2022 were included; 2. Patients who met diagnostic and antiviral treatment criteria of APASL guidelines; 3. TMF is an antiviral drug that has been taken up to now. Meanwhile, CHB patients treated with TAF were enrolled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Co-infection with hepatitis C, hepatitis D, HIV, or other severe diseases; 2. Patients with serum creatine less than 50 mL/min/1.73m2; 3. Patients who did not follow up regularly with missing data.
