Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnosis of traditional Chinese and western medicine diseases as described stroke; 2. First onset; 3. Aged 18 years old; 4. Stable disease; 5. After complete communication, the patient or the patient's family members voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a previous personal and family history of mental illness, or a recent use of psychiatric medication; 2. Patients with malignant tumors or end-stage disease.
