Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For 2-8 year old children with dental phobia, the Frankl treatment compliance scale score of routine treatment was 1 point, and behavioral induction was ineffective; 2. Manual instruments can be used to enter the cavity. No pulp is involved in caries decay, and no history of spontaneous pain or trauma; 3. Gingival redness, swelling, fistula; 4. No serious systemic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Residual crown, residual roots and other teeth with no therapeutic value; 2. Affected teeth that have received oral treatment; 3. Dentin caries close to the pulp may involve the pulp; 4. Patients unable to cooperate with oral health care because of special systemic diseases, such as autism, epilepsy, cerebral palsy children.
