Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years old, male and female; 2. Patients diagnosed with upper urinary tract calculi by CT before surgery; 3. TCM syndrome differentiation is syndrome of dampness-heat accumulation; 4. Undergo transurethral ureteral hard/soft lithotripsy; 5. Stone diameter <= 2cm, non-complex stones; 6. The subjects voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent; 7. Ureteral stent without coating made of polyurethane (double J tube) was inserted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Uremia, patients with kidney transplantation, diabetics with uncontrolled blood glucose, and patients with liver insufficiency (ALT or AST > ULN x 1.5); 3. Positive urine culture 1 week before surgery, or fever and other symptoms of systemic infection and urinary tract infection 1 week before surgery; 4. Long-term use of alpha-receptor blockers, anticholinergics, analgesics, antibacterial drugs and other drugs affecting urinary tract symptoms; 5. Participants who had participated in other interventional clinical trials within 3 months before screening; 6. Patients who are allergic to drugs applied in this study; 7. Cases considered unsuitable for inclusion by other researchers; 8. Double-side tube placement and first-stage tube placement; 9. Diagnosed with uric acid stone or cystine stone; 10. Accompanied by prostate cancer, overactive bladder disease, urinary incontinence; 11. Extubation can not be expected; 12. Year-round smoking, drinking and other people like spicy food.
