Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 40 years old <= age <= 75 years old, regardless of gender; 2. According to GOLD guidelines, the severity of acute exacerbation of COPD is assessed as moderate to severe; or comply with the relevant dialectical standards of asthma in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (Revised in 2011); 3. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with active tuberculosis, pulmonary fungal infection, malignant tumor, bronchiectasis/fibrosis and other primary lung diseases; 2. The severity of acute attack is extremely/critically severe; 3. Severe cardiac insufficiency (cardiac function above grade 3), combined with severe liver and kidney diseases (cirrhosis, portal hypertension, dialysis, kidney transplantation, etc.); 4. Combined with other situations in which the 6-minute walk test is absolutely or relatively prohibited: such as resting heart rate > 120 beats/min, systolic blood pressure > 180mmHg and diastolic blood pressure >100mmHg; or it is difficult to complete the 6-minute walking test due to the limitation of lower limb movement; 5. Due to chronic systemic inflammation or inflammatory reaction and the need to use systemic glucocorticoids in the past 3 months; 6. Have a history of alcohol and drug abuse in the year before the test; 7. Glaucomatous patients; 8. Pregnant or lactating women; Mentally ill; 9. According to the judgment of the researcher, it is not suitable to participate in this experiment; 10. Poor compliance, easy to cause loss of visit; 11. Those who are allergic to the test drug.
