Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The experimental process can abide by the relevant rules, aged 10-18 years old; 2. Good health, no history of serious chronic diseases or allergies; 3. No systemic diseases, not in pregnancy; 4. The DMFT of healthy caries-free children is 0, and the DMFT of children with caries is >= 6; 5. The deciduous teeth have all erupted and can cooperate with the examination; 6. The lifestyle during the study period remained unchanged.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a systemic disease (such as diabetic nephropathy, autoimmune disease); 2. Systemic antibiotic therapy within 2 months or antibiotics taken within 1 month; 3. Received hormone and immunosuppressant therapy within 36 months; 4. Oral diseases such as acute pharyngitis acute tonsillitis appear in the mouth such as infected foci of gingivitis acute pharyngitis acute tonsillitis; 5. Currently have a smoking habit.
