Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I to II; 2. Age 19 to 65 years; 3. BMI 18.5 to 23.9 kg/m2; 4. Patients with endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 5. Before surgery, the heart, lung, liver, kidney and other functions were basically normal; 6. Patients with difficulty in endotracheal intubation (eg. Mallapati airway grading III-IV, mouth opening less than 3 cm, chin distance less than 6 cm, limited head tilt).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy to the drug studied; 2. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension; 3. Severe cardiopulmonary abnormalities; 4. Patients with endotracheal intubation difficulties are expected; 5. Patients with airway hyperresponsiveness; 6. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection within 1 month.
