18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-70 years who were admitted to Shandong Maternal and Child Health Hospital between January 2023 and June 2023 and confirmed to have Hp infection by pathological examination or carbon 13 breath test are eligible.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of Hp eradication therapy; 2. Allergy to any investigational medication; 3. History of gastric surgery; 4. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, gastric cancer, upper gastrointestinal bleeding or active peptic ulcer; 5. The use of PPIs, antibiotics, or steroids could not be stopped during the study period; 6. The presence of a disease or clinical condition, such as liver disease, cardiovascular disease, lung disease, kidney disease, metabolic disease, mental illness or malignancy, that may affect the evaluation of the study treatment; 7. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 8. Lack of informed consent.
