Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-60 years old; 2. ASA Grade I-II; 3. General intravenous anesthesia was used; 4. It has the indication of cholecystectomy; 5. There is no contraindication for the use of drugs in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes and other chronic diseases in internal medicine; 2. People with coagulation dysfunction or severe heart, liver, kidney and other dysfunction; 3. Patients with cerebrovascular disease or neuropsychiatric disease; 4. Those who take sedative and analgesic drugs for a long time; 5. There are contraindications to general anesthesia intubation; 6. Serious adverse reactions occurred during the operation.
