18 Years to 78 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by histopathology or cytology; 2. Because of the tumor condition, there are indications of thoracic radical concurrent chemoradiotherapy, sequential chemoradiotherapy or radiotherapy alone; 3. Radiotherapy dose was conventional segmentation, each time 1.8-2Gy, total dose 60-66Gy; 4. ECOG physical state score is 0-2; 5. Complete radiotherapy and follow up patients regularly within 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who failed to receive standard dose radiotherapy; 2. Severe heart or lung disease; 3. Patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis, interstitial pneumonia, immunosuppressive drugs or hormone therapy; 4. Combined with mental illness, radiotherapy is not possible; 5. The investigator considers that the subjects are not suitable to participate in this clinical study due to any clinical or laboratory abnormality or other reasons; 6. Participating in other clinical trials; 7. Pulmonary infection during radiotherapy.
