Interventions

Amoxicillin low-dose group:Fumarate Vonorason + Amoxicillin 0.75g tid

Amoxicillin high-dose group:Fumarate Vonorason + Amoxicillin 1g tid

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2020 Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 diabetes; 2. Helicobacter pylori infection was confirmed by 13C urea breath test or endoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous anti-HP therapy; 2. Taking PPI or bismuth-containing drugs two weeks before treatment and antibiotics four weeks before treatment; 3. Severe heart, liver and kidney injury; 4. Patients with contraindications associated with C13 breath test; 5. Type 1 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus, special type diabetes mellitus; 6. The patient is unable to correctly express his or her main complaint, such as mental illness or severe neurosis; 7. Patients who failed to complete treatment as required or were lost to follow-up.
