18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Functional gastroenterology group: 1. 18-60 years old; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for Rome IV functional bowel disease or functional dyspepsia; 3. Sign informed consent. Healthy controls: 1. 18-60 years old; 2. No gastrointestinal symptoms and organic diseases; 3. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Functional gastroenterology group: 1. Various organic diseases and other diseases that affect intestinal function, such as history of previous major gastrointestinal surgery, gastrointestinal malignancies, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.; 2. Neurotransmitter-modifying drugs were used 4 weeks prior to enrollment; 3. Arrhythmia, myocardial infarction and other serious cardiovascular diseases; 4. Mental disorders include schizophrenia, suicidal major depression, alcohol or other substance abuse; 5. Combined with other systemic disorders that seriously affect prognosis. Healthy controls: 1. Neurotransmitter-modifying drugs were used 4 weeks prior to enrollment; 2. Arrhythmia, myocardial infarction and other serious cardiovascular diseases; 3. Mental disorders include schizophrenia, suicidal major depression, alcohol or other substance abuse; 4. Combined with other systemic disorders that seriously affect prognosis.
