Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-80 years undergoing breast or thyroid surgery under general anesthesia for 1-3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a preoperative Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) score of less than 26, current or previous history of mental illness, use of sedatives or antidepressants, drug dependence, alcohol abuse, severe hearing or visual or motor impairment, and acute infectious disease
