18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-70 years old with simple lower renal pole stone or the main stone located in the lower renal pole.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with ipsilateral distal ureteral stone or upper urinary stone on reverse side or combined with lower urinary stone; 2. Any relative or absolute contraindications for RIRS; 3. Presence of urinary anatomical abnormalities; 4. Previous urinary diversion surgery.
