18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65; 2. The ASA grade is I-III; 3. Thoracic and abdominal surgery patients (Class II clean wounds, such as liver surgery; III infected wounds, such as debridement and suture in plastic department +VSD surgery); 4. The patients were informed about the study and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to local anesthetics; 2. Long-term use of psychotropic drugs, analgesics, and alcohol addiction; 3. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function; 4. Suffering from immune-related diseases; 5. Patients with severe anemia or severe cachexia; 6. Diabetic patients with poor blood sugar control; 7. Patients with chronic pain; 8. Voluntary withdrawal of patients.
