Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as primary COPD; 2. Individuals living alone can use WeChat independently or under the guidance of caregivers; 3. The inhaled preparations used are one of the following, Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation, Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation, Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation, budesonide inhaler aerosol, indaterogron ammonium bromide inhaler aerosol; 4. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe primary diseases of other organs, such as tumors, renal insufficiency, cardiac failure, etc.; 2. Combined with other diseases that affect respiratory function, such as chest fractures; 3. Combined with confirmed mental disorders and cognitive dysfunction diseases; 4. Those who have combined hearing impairment and visual impairment and are unable to use smart phones; 5. Other intervention studies were also conducted prior to inclusion in this study.
