18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 to 70 years old with unilateral calculous pyonephrosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with contralateral upper urinary stone or lower urinary stone need treated; 2. Any relative or absolute contraindications for RIRS; 3. Presence of urinary anatomical abnormalities; 4. Urinary diversion surgery.
