Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Patients with first-episode acute myocardial infarction who meet the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction developed by the Cardiovascular Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; 3. Patients with the stable condition after PCI after admission; Cardiac function level 1-3, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF >= 35%); 4. Those who voluntarily participated in the study and obtained informed consent; 5. The simplified scale of fear of disease progression >= 34 points (people with psychology function maladjustment).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with mental-related diseases; 2. Unconscious person; 3. Extremely weak; 4. Those suffering from complications such as a tumor, liver, and kidney failure; 5. Patients who received other psychotherapy during the period.
