Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 and the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of cerebral hemorrhage 2019, and is confirmed by head CT or MRI; 2. In line with the diagnostic points of spasm in the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Volume formulated by the Chinese Medical Association; 3. Age 18-75 years, first onset, course of disease 1-6 months; 4. Stable vital signs, no cognitive and speech dysfunction, and cooperate with evaluation and treatment; 5. The lesion was right-handed, with internal carotid artery system, right limb movement disorder, Brunnstrom stage of lower limb= grade 4, ankle dorsiflexion and plantar flexion muscle strength >= grade 4, modified Ashworth grade 1-3, able to maintain static standing with eyes open for at least 1min with or without auxiliary devices. Functional ambulation classification (FAC) >= grade 2; 6. Subjects voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form, which was reviewed by the ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Consciousness or mental and psychological disorders, seizures have not been controlled, the condition is unstable and there are serious organ dysfunction; 2. Balance dysfunction caused by cerebellum or vestibular damage; 3. Subjects were unable to concentrate; 4. Botulinum toxin injections in the last 6 months; 5. Patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis; 6. Other reasons are not compatible with treatment or examination.
