Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are hospitalized in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital and intend to undergo colon ESD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who used motilium, mosapride, itopride and other prokinetic drugs within 4 weeks before colonoscopy; 2. Those who used antidepressants within 8 weeks before colonoscopy; 3. Those who have a history of digestive tract surgery or incomplete intestinal obstruction; 4. People who are known to be allergic to PEG, the intestinal preparation laxative used in this study; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Patients with serious heart, liver, lung and kidney diseases and electrolyte disorder.
