Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) female students in school (2) 18-26 years old adults (3) 18.5 = BMI < 24.9 (4) regular meals and routine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) metabolic diseases (2) family history of diabetes (3) glucose intolerance (4) staying up late (5) skipping breakfast (6) allergic to subjects (apples, Rice, etc.) (7) smoking habits (8) drinking habits (9) professional physical training (10) abnormal liver and kidney function (11) have been diagnosed with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other serious diseases (12) mental and behavioral disorders (13) eating disorders. Including anorexia nervosa, bulimia, bulimia, etc. (14) long-term medication or any drug dependence (15) sleep disorders: insomnia, sleep apnea, biological clock disorders, restless leg syndrome (16) digestive disorders or frequent gastrointestinal discomfort (17) lose weight or take other special dietary patterns in the past six months.
