Age
18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Over 18 years of age. 2.Patients who agreed to sign the informed consent forms 3.A single tooth loss in the anterior maxillary area 4.Simultaneous GBR was completed during implant placement. 5.Good oral hygiene and physical health to receive oral implant surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Disease treatment or medication history that may influence alveolar bone health during follow-up (such as head and neck radiotherapy) 2.Bruxism or tooth clinching 3.The buccal bone wall of the opposite homonymous tooth of the implant site was missing 4.Progressive periodontal disease or periapical disease in the adjacent teeth 5.The buccal bone plate of the adjacent teeth was missing 6.Immediate implant therapy 7.Site preservation before implantation 8.The adjacent first premolar of the missing canine was extracted 9.A severe bone defect that indicated staged implant placement 10.Severe bone resorption during implant healing that indicated secondary bone augmentation surgery
