Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for moderate and severe ulcerative colitis, with the symptom severity score of 6 to 12 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a history of abdominal surgery; Organic diseases of digestive system (including polyps, inflammatory bowel diseases, tumors, celiac disease, lactose intolerance, etc.); B ultrasonic examination of patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases; People with hypertension and unstable blood pressure control; Have a history of diabetes, thyroid disease, systemic sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc; Pregnant, lactating or planned pregnancy
