16 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Chinese Han nationality aged 16-65 (2) BMI = 27.5 kg/? and = 40 kg/? (3) The indications for surgery comply with the relevant provisions of the 2019 Chinese Guidelines for Surgical Diagnosis and Treatment of Obesity and Type 2 diabetes (4) Planned to receive LSG surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Drug abuse, alcohol addiction or mental illness beyond control (2) People with mental retardation or immaturity who cannot control their behavior (3) Those unwilling to bear the potential risk of surgery (4) Those who are in poor general condition and cannot tolerate general anesthesia (5) The central nervous system and respiratory system are damaged, and the tumor has not been cured (6) Patients with known scar constitution (7) Other special situations shall be specially explained by the enrolled doctors
