18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients aged 18-60 2: The affected tooth cannot be preserved due to caries, chronic periapical periodontitis or trauma and requires implant restoration 3: Adjacent teeth with PD<3 mm or PD=4 mm and BOP(-) 4: Alveolar ridge type is ST2 or ST3A 5: Non-smoking and good compliance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: The affected tooth has acute periodontal abscess or periapical infection 2: The absorption of tongue and palate bone plate exceeds 1/3 of the root length 3: Patients with severe hypertension, diabetes and liver and kidney diseases 4: Patients taking anticoagulant drugs for a long time 5: Patients with a history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy 6: Those who have communication barriers and are unable to cooperate with clinical trials
