18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) male or female, aged 18-75 years; (2) IgA nephropathy was diagnosed by renal biopsy (3) eGFR =30 mL/min/1.73 m2(according to CKD-EPI Formula) ; (4) to sign the informed consent form during the follow-up visit in outpatient department or ward.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Secondary Iga nephropathy, including Henoch–Sch?nlein purpura, systemic lupus erythematosus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, autoimmune thyroid disease nephropathy, hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis, liver cirrhosis; (2) co-morbid diseases such as diabetes, interstitial nephritis and Alport syndrome; (3) IgAN patients with minimal change; (4) incomplete information.
