Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 60 patients with normal sexual life, no contraception, no pregnancy for more than 1 year and no pregnancy, all meeting the clinical diagnosis criteria of infertility, all newly diagnosed patients aged 20-40 years old, body mass index ?28kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: patients with hypertension, diabetes, obvious constipation, diarrhea; Patients who have taken antibiotics or probiotics orally within the last month. In addition, 30 people in the normal group had no hypertension, diabetes, constipation and diarrhea, no infertility history, and no oral antibiotics or probiotics in the past month. All the enrolled people had the education level of junior high school or above, and could understand and complete the relevant self-rating scale by themselves.
