Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy female college students (no injury history for half a year); 2. Badminton sports training students in physical education institutions; 3. No functional disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Injuries and dysfunction; 2. Lost track of training.
