13 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Keratoconus with demodex blepharitis group: A < 40 years old; B meets the diagnostic criteria for keratoconus; C meets the diagnostic criteria of demodex blepharitis. 2) Simple keratoconus group: A < 40 years old; B meets the diagnostic criteria for keratoconus; C No signs and signs of blepharoidosis of demodex. 3) In demodex simple blepharitis group: A < 40 years old; B meets the diagnostic criteria of demodex blepharitis; C Non-keratoconus. 4) Normal control group: A < 40 years old; B non-keratoconus; C No signs and signs of blepharoidosis of demodex.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Corneal conjunctival disease associated with blepharitis (BKC); 2) Allergic conjunctivitis; 3) corneal refractive surgery; 4) Active ocular surface infection or ocular surface infection within 1 month; 5) Pregnancy or lactation.
