Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 50 ~ 70 years old; BMI=30kg/m2; ASA? ~ ? grade.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindications for colonoscopy; The patients with intestinal polyps detected were older at the time of operation; More serious heart, lung and brain diseases; History of allergy to narcotic drugs; Being overweight; Severe hypertension; Sinus tachycardia; Various reasons can not cooperate, etc.
